Baking your beef pasty on the bottom racking will ensure that the bottom crust gets nice and golden brown.

Place the beef pasty on a baking tray and make sure your pie sits on the bottom racking to ensure that the bottom crust gets nice and golden brown. Cook it for 30 minutes on 180 degrees (gas mark 4).
