Leg of Lamb, Butterflied & Marinated in Rosemary & Garlic

This prime, succulent joint of lamb has been marinated in a Garden Mint, boned and opened out to a consistent depth. This allows the meat to cook more quickly compared to a whole leg of lamb. Ideal for barbequing with the result of it being nicely browned and crusty on the outside and pink and juicy in the middle.

Butchers Tip

This is our favorite cut of meat on a BBQ. Just keep turning the meat over every 5 minutes till cooked. It can also be cooked in an oven if you haven’t got a BBQ… or if it is raining!
