This handmade and hand tied sausage contains succulent prime English pork that has been boned from the shoulder to ensure excellent flavour and taste. Hand mixed with traditional seasonings. Ideal for breakfast and sandwiches.

Butchers Tip

Remove the sausage from the chiller 20 minutes before cooking. This helps the sausage to cook evenly and prevents the skin from splitting when it is confronted with heat.
